Sima & Sami's New Toy

Last week I got Sima & Sami a new toy; a house & little sofa with a leopard print, a very cool one, but it doesn't match our furniture. :-) They like it so much that even though they have two of them they fight over them. It's very funny to see them playing with it and especially when they are in it. We can't see them but we can see the whole little leopard house move!

A Rainy Day

A rainy day in August. Two of my shpookes are looking outside impressed with the heavy rain. We’ve been waiting for this rain for awhile. It hasn’t rained here for so long that our grass has basically died and the ground shrunk so it created a big gap between the ground and the house. Its been over 100 degrees Fahrenheit here (about 40 degrees Celsius) for more than two months and hasn’t been raining so the water restriction is very strict. We can only water the yard on Tuesdays but not between 10am to 7pm which make sense but it looks like our house is going to sink soon in the ground before the fall will come. :o

New Haircut

I guess you all are asking yourselves what I am doing now that I've finished school. So, I’m trying to go to the gym every day to lose all of the weight that I gained during four years of school. Yesterday I went to get a new haircut to look a little better….yeah a little bit, you can’t change who you are. I do that because there are so many rules of what to do or not do when going to an interview. For instance, not to wear black, not to wear Capri pants, if your hair is long it should be up in a ponytail and so on…so now you know what I’m working on and why I am taking my time. But this is what I did in the first two weeks, now I am starting to work on my portfolio, which is a full-time job, and also studying for the LEED exam, which also takes a lot of time and energy. LEED stands for, Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design. It is a Green Building Rating System that is a voluntary, consensus-based national standard for developing high-performance, sustainable buildings. Their website is: http://www.usgbc.org/ ……...................................……I guess from here you can understand that it will take me awhile until I’ll find a new job.
BTW how do you like my new haircut and Sima's tail???

Bye Bye Prelude

Mazal Tov. Y’all can congratulate us. Brian sold his car. The Honda was 13 years old, it was a great car but it was about time to sell it and get a new one.

The Pelegs' Visit

Today Inbar and Gonen came to visit us after we hadn’t seen them in a long time. It was so long that the last time we saw them we didn’t even notice that Inbar was pregnant and today we saw them with a new addition to their family; Adi. Inbar said that since I finished school, there’s no more excuses not to see them. So we better see them more often. And maybe not just them, but all of our friends here in Dallas.

Alot of Pink

We got a few balls. Yeah a few. :0 and some of them are even pink. But the most important thing is that I got a new pink Racquet. Isn’t it fun???
Now Brian won’t be able to hit me anymore with the balls because I will be able to kick him with the new racquet.
Well its not just pink its also a donation for the Brest Cancer Reserch Foundation.

Cheesecake Party

Ok I started celebrating and this time was with Jo in the "CHEESECAKE FACTORY".

Last Day at The Studio

Last time to see this studio. yaa

Doesn't this look like an happy camper

Jo & I

Jo's & my last day in school.
It was a few days ago and it felt really good.
Jo is my best friend from college and we suffered a lot together.
It was good to have someone that listened to me cry about not sleeping, and being tired and frustrated.
After finishing school, finally I have some time for myself. After following our friend Andrea's blog for a while, I decided that it would be nice for my friends and family that live so far away if I would do the same. I apologize that it is in English, and might be hard for some of you, but this can give you an excuse to practice your English and also mine. :)
